Date / Time:

   Sunday, January 17, 2010, warm-ups will start at 9:15 a.m.  Meet start time at 10:15 a.m.

Entries:

                This is an accepted Middle Atlantic USA meet.  MA 1022 AC

Swimmers may enter a maximum of four events.  This is a time seeded meet and the events will be broken down into the following groups:  eight and under, twelve and under, and 13 and over.  Coaches are reminded to send swimmers birth date information and entry time information.  A (NT) entry will place swimmers in the first heat.

* 500 Free entries will have a positive check in and may be reduced based on entries and length of the meet.

Fees:

                There will be a $4.00 fee for each event.  Deck changes and or additions will cost $5.00. There will be no charge for spectators.  There will be a $2.00 charge for the program to cover the printing costs.

 

                All teams must send entries via Hy-tek computer to streamline the data entry processes.

Awards:

                Awards will be given to all heat winners.  Special awards will be given by age group and gender for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes and ribbons for 4th  through 12th place.  Results will be posted in the YMCA lobby.             

               

Meet Information:

                The concession stand will be open throughout the meet and swim gear will be on sale throughout the day.  Swimmers will be marshaled to their events and all swimmers will be stationed in the gym to provide space for spectators.

NJ Turnpike South to Exit 7 * Rt. 295 South to Route 42 South – Atlantic City *Exit to Route 55 South Vineland / Glassboro * Take Route 55 South to Exit 32A – Vineland Route 56  - Landis Avenue * Take Landis Avenue through center city Vineland – numerous traffic lights * Once you pass Valley Avenue look for YMCA on your right.

From: Maryland – Delaware * 95 North to Delaware Memorial Bridge * Follow signs to Atlantic City (Route 40 East) – last exit before the turnpike * Follow Route 40 East just over a half-hour *After you pass through the town of Elmer look for the Route 55 South exit * Take Route 55 South to Exit 32A – Vineland Route 56 Landis Avenue *Take Landis Avenue through center city Vineland – numerous traffic lights * Once you pass Valley Avenue look for YMCA on your right.
